These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 364ph platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, promotions, and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 364ph ("364ph," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 364ph.net. 364ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any bonuses claimed.
The Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are not acting on behalf of another person, that you are not a professional gambler using the Platform for commercial purposes, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of 364ph and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in any promotions offered on the Platform.
To access real-money gaming features on 364ph, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the 364ph Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual – whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal details – is strictly prohibited. 364ph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed, bonuses will be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 364ph will never ask for your password via email, Live Chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact 364ph support immediately via Live Chat.
364ph is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of address may also be required. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 364ph support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations. Accounts closed at the Player's request may be reopened subject to identity re-verification.
364ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 364ph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the Player's own name.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 364ph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. 364ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
364ph is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. 364ph reserves the right to freeze accounts, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Players must not use the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate gaming entertainment.
364ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will be automatically removed from the Player's Account.
364ph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, and exploiting errors or technical faults in the Platform.
Where a Player's Account contains both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds are always available for withdrawal (subject to KYC verification) regardless of whether wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been met. Withdrawing Real Money Funds while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the active bonus and any associated winnings.
The 364ph VIP Club loyalty programme is governed by separate VIP Club terms available on the VIP Club page. VIP status, points, and rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
All bets placed on the 364ph Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product – casino games, live dealer tables, slots, bingo, and sportsbook. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules. 364ph reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed after an event has concluded.
Sports betting markets are offered on a wide range of events including PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, and other sports popular among Filipino players. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked. In the event of an event cancellation or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules published on the Platform.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market. 364ph reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual players or markets at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or human error that results in an incorrect payout or odds display, 364ph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account. The Platform's server records shall be the definitive record of all transactions and game outcomes in the event of any dispute.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 364ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
364ph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Accounts suspected of involvement in illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation, and all relevant information will be disclosed to authorities as required by law.
All content on the 364ph Platform – including but not limited to the 364ph name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design – is the exclusive intellectual property of 364ph or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 364ph.
Any unauthorised use of 364ph's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
364ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
364ph implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online system is completely immune to security risks, and 364ph cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
364ph will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 364ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
364ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 364ph will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 364ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact 364ph's support team to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. 364ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving a formal written complaint.
